In the context of the judicial reorganization of DOLPHIN INTEGRATION and following the judgment dated August 21, 2018, in favor of the adoption of a plan for the total transfer of the assets and goodwill of the company, a hearing of the Tribunal de Commerce de Grenoble was to be held on September 26 to pronounce the conversion into judicial liquidation.
However, a procedure implemented by a minority shareholder after the judgment of August 21, 2018 to contest the transfer of the company has delayed the delivery of a judgment of liquidation.
The judgment voiding this dispute will be rendered on October 16, 2018.
At the court hearing of September 26, 2018, the Commercial Court of Grenoble thus has indicated that the situation of the company DOLPHIN INTEGRATION will be again examined in Court hearing of the Council on October 24, 2018. In the meantime, no resumption of the listing of the DOLPHIN INTEGRATION shares is contemplated.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the company will communicate any new stage of the procedure.
