In the context of the judiciary recovery of the company DOLPHIN INTEGRATION and following the court hearing held on August 16, 2018, the Tribunal of Commerce of Grenoble has pronounced, in a judgment today, in favor of the adoption of a plan of total transfer of the company’s assets and commercial property, excluding any plan of continuation.
The joint offer presented by SOITEC (384 711 909 RCS GRENOBLE) and MBDA FRANCE (378 168 470 RCS NANTERRE) has attracted the full attention of the Commercial Court of Grenoble in particular that it lays the foundations of a serious industrial project based on synergies between the different companies.
The entire activities of DOLPHIN INTEGRATION, as well as all the job positions attached to it, are thus maintained.
However, the sale price of the assets will not allow the creditors of the company to be compensated.
The companies SOITEC and MBDA FRANCE (or any legal entity they would put in place) will enter into the exploitation of the business on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
The Commercial Court of Grenoble finally indicates that the situation of the company DOLPHIN INTEGRATION will be again examined in Court hearing of the Council on September 26, 2018. In the meantime, no resumption of the listing of the DOLPHIN INTEGRATION shares is contemplated.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the company will communicate any new stage of the procedure.
