Coronavirus (COVID-19) Continuity Plan
Dear valued customers and partners,
I am writing to inform you that our company is taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously. The health and safety of our customers, partners and employees are our top priority. As such, we are limiting to any extent physical contacts while putting in place the means to maintain efficient and secured interactions within our company and with our customers and partners, be it through phone, video-conferencing and other means at our disposal.
Please be ensured that we do not take our responsibility lightly. We obviously operate in compliance with recommendations of relevant authorities and we pro-actively support our employees to prevent risks of contamination. As such, we are focused on keeping our team safe in order to extend more peace of mind to yours.
Despite the recent measures in France, that limit people mobility to the bare minimum, a majority of our employees is working from home and our objective remains to provide you with the same quality of service you need and expect from us. To do so, we have put in place a continuity plan. Our information system allows us to operate securely and efficiently in a safe mode, for your own benefit and in due respect of the safety of our employees. We thus are confident in our ability to continue to support you and your organization.
We will be assessing the situation on an ongoing basis and will keep on following the directions from relevant authorities to guide wisely our actions and decisions as we go through this experience together.
